After finished his pharmaceutical study in Institute Technology Bandung (ITB), Mr. Hoesni started his career at Medicine Faculty, Erlangga University as a lecturer in 1965.

In 1968, he joined SUCOFINDO as operational staff and was assigned to establish a commercial analytical testing laboratory services which was in the first time established survey activity in Indonesia.

He had been trained in 1976 by US FDA and at the same year was appointed as private secretary of the Indonesia Ambassador to Egypt until March 1980.

He is assigned as Prime Director of Insani Berlian due to his experience in the past working along with PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (SUCOFINDO) - state owned enterprise a correspondent of Societe Generally Surveillance Geneve, Switzerland. His last position at SUCOFINDO was an Operational Director until 1997.
